Abstract: The study tackles the availability of the research & development activities (expenditure and employment) the level of the technological creativity of the product in a sample of the Industrial Sector in Algeria. The study seeks as well to identify the extent of the contribution of such activities in operating the technological creativity of the product by examining the correlation and impact factors between the independent variables such as expenditure and the number of the employees along with the dependant variables represented in the technological creativity of the product. To achieve these goals، the study administrated 80 questionnaires to the heads and the officials of the departments of Research & Development and as well the Production Departments in the industrial enterprises in question. The study concluded the following: There is a high level of R&D in the enterprises of the study . The industrial enterprises design actually some new products and do enhance the present products and hence enjoy a high level of creativity. Our study did find a correlation and impact factor between the research activities and the development (expenditure–the number of employees) in technological creativity of the product.
