علاقة بعض الكفايات التدريسية لأساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية بالاحتراق المهني

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة لمعرفة العلاقة بين بعض الكفايات التدريسية لأساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية بالاحتراق المهني على مستوى متوسطات مدينة تقرت، ومعرفة مستوى الكفايات التدريسية والاحتراق المهني لدى عينة الدراسة ،بالإضافة لمعرفة إذا كان هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الكفايات التدريسية والاحتراق المهني لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية ، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي في دراسته للإجابة عن فرضيات الدراسة وتمثلت عينة الدراسة في 53 أستاذ متوسط اختيروا بطريقة عمدية . واعتمد الباحث على استبيان خاص بالكفايات التدريسية متكون من 3 محاور ( محور تخطيط الدرس ، محور تنفيذ الدرس ، محور تقييم الدرس) و مقياس الاحتراق المهني مستخدما المتوسط الحسابي ، الانحراف المعياري ، التكرار ،النسب المئوية ، معامل الارتباط "ر" بيرسون ، اختبار "ت " لحساب الفروق ، طريقة الاتساق الداخلي ألفا كرونباخ. والحزمة الإحصائية) spss (v20 في تحليل بياناته . وتوصل الباحث إلى انه لا توجد علاقة إحصائية بين بعض الكفايات التدريسية لأساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية بالاحتراق المهني ، وجود مستوى كبير في الكفيات التدريسية لعينة الدراسة ومستوى منخفض في الاحتراق المهني وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لكل من الكفايات التدريسية والاحتراق المهني لأساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية تعزى لمتغير الخبرة المهنية . كما أوصى الباحث بإدراج مقياس يخص الكفايات التدريسية في المسار الدراسي لطلبة معاهد التربية البدنية والرياضية .

This study aims to find out the relationship between some teaching competencies for teachers of physical education and sports and the occupational burnout at Touggourt middle schools, and to know the level of the teaching competencies and occupational burnout among the sample of the study. It also seeks to find out if there are statistically significant differences in teaching competencies, and occupational burnout among teachers of physical education and sports . To answer the study hypotheses, the researcher apted for the descriptive method. The study sample consistes of 53 middle school teachers, chosen in a deliberate way. This piece of research adopts a questionnaire for teaching competencies, consistes of 3 axes (lesson plan axis, lesson implementation axis, lesson evaluation axis) and the occupational burnout scale. Regarding data analyzing data, the researcher uses the arithmetic average, standard deviation, frequency, percentages, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, T-test to calculate differences, internal consistency method, Cronbach’s alpha, and the statistical package) spss (v20).This study concludes that :there is no statistical relationship between some of the teaching competencies of physical education and sports teachers and the occupational burnout. there is a high level of teaching competencies for the study sample and a low level in the occupational burnout. due to the variable of professional experience, there existes no statistically significant differences for each of the teaching competencies and the occupational burnout for the teachers of physical education and sports. Hence, this study recommends the inclusion of of teaching competencies module in the academic career of the students of physical education and sports institutes. It also suggests the continuation and intensification of training courses and conferences for the benefit of professors to increase their experiences in the field of teaching, especially in light of the new teaching method "the competency-based approach."
