Electronic espionage as a serious crime to state security in the Algerian legislation

Abstract

This research paper sheds light on the crime of electronic espionage as a serious crime to state security in the Algerian legislation and raises a question about the means and methods of committing electronic espionage. It also deals with the Algerian electronic espionage and identification of its means and the extent of their identification, especially if we know that modern technology is constantly evolving.
