Abstract: This research paper focused on the analytical and comparative study of the right of individuals to exercise their inviolability of private life and to perserve everything ralated to its elements, since this right is considerd as a human nature recognazed by human existence ,and among the manifestation included in this right is the secrecy of corespondence and commuinication ,so we have clarify what is meant by privacy and electronic communication ،however this right like other rights is susceptible to infringement, which maded the algerian legislator guarantee his protection in order to reach the objective of its criminal policy and in compliance with the principles contained in Different international instruments and agreements whether hrough contitutional law or ordinary laws and private laws, complementary laws compared to some Foreign and arabic laws, but this protection can be limited within the limits stipulated by law.
