Through this research paper, the issue of administrative responsibility was studied in order to address its legal system and provisions in the Algerian legislation, where the problem of the study was a question: to what extent is the administration responsible for the damages that it causes through Algerian legislation ?, and in order to answer this question, an approach was adopted. A methodology based on description and analysis by examining the various legal texts, jurisprudential opinions and jurisprudence related to the topic. Among the results reached through this research paper:  The administrative judiciary took into consideration the criterion of the victim's status, which is the legal basis for establishing responsibility.  That the damage to others is based on risk.  The Algerian legislator created a legal basis for reparation for damages caused by the administration in public works, for example, by filing an administrative compensation lawsuit. The administrative compensation lawsuit guarantees that the plaintiff of the injured party has the right to claim his rights immediately after resorting to the judiciary, as compensation is not granted until after his entitlement is proven.en_US
