Abstract: The role of satisfaction varies in the field of public procurement, according to the management approach in choosing the contractor, which is determined by law, as there is almost no satisfaction in the request method offers, and then regains his position in a simple consensual manner, which gives the administration wide freedom in contract with whomever you want.
