Abstract: With the acceleration of illegal immigration to Yemen after 2011, The article aims to reveal the health security situation of illegal immigrants since they arrived in boats to the Yemeni coasts. The study found that, many illegal immigrants are detained in case they survive in detention centers of the Yemeni government or in trafficking in Human beings camps, Which makes them suffer from health insecurity, and this is not consistent with international standards for migrant human rights.
