Abstract: This study attempts to explore the security environment in the distinct and complex North-East Asian region in its security problems, especially with the presence of forces competing for regional hegemony, and recognizes the essential role of the United States of America as a counterbalance to maintain security and stability in the North-East Asian region. The paper also attempts to discuss one of the most important international relations in the international system, the most complex, complex and difficult to determine its course of inter-interest sway from one region to another, as China and America interact in the North-East Asian region in many hot security files that may lead them to Direct clash.
