مستوى الرضا التدريسي لدى هيئة التدريس في ظل الجائحة الصحية كورونا

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مستوى الرضا التدريسي لدى هيئة التدريس في ضل جائحة الصحية كرونا (دراسة ميدانية على معهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضة ورقلة)، حيث تكونت عينة دراستنا من (21) أستاذ بالمعهد من أصل (28) أستاذا، وقد كان اختيارنا للعينة قصديا وتم استعمال المنهج الوصفي في الدراسة واستعمال الحزم الإحصائية في عملية التفريغ من خلال برنامج الحزم الإحصائية " SPSS " نسخة 20 وقد تم حساب صدق وثبات الاستبيان للتأكد من صلاحيته وثباته ، حيث أظهرت النتائج ما يلي : 1.مستوى الرضا التدريسي لدى هيئة التدريس في ضل جائحة كورنا بمعهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية ورقلة مرتفع. 2.توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الرضا التدريسي لدى أساتذة معهد علوم و تقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية بورقلة تعزى لمتغير السن. 3.توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الرضا التدريسي لدى أساتذة معهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية بورقلة تعزى لمتغير الخبرة.

This study aimed to find out the level of teaching satisfaction of the faculty in the shadow of the health pandemic of Corona (a field study on the Institute of Sciences and Techniques of Physical Activities and Sports and Ouargla). Our study sample consisted of (21) professors at the institute out of (28) professors, and our selection of the sample was Intentionally, the descriptive approach was used in the study and the use of statistical packages in the unpacking process through the statistical packages program "SPSS" version 20. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire was calculated to ensure its validity and stability. The results showed the following: 1. The level of teaching satisfaction of the faculty in the shadow of the Corona pandemic at the Institute of Sciences and Techniques of Physical and Sports Activities and Sports, and high. 2. There are statistically significant differences in the level of teaching satisfaction among the professors of the Institute of Sciences and Techniques of Physical and Sports Activities in Ouargla due to the variable of age. 3. There are statistically significant differences in the level of teaching satisfaction of the professors of the Institute of Sciences and Techniques of Physical and Sports Activities in Ouargla due to the variable of experience.
