dc.description.abstract | This work included studying the structural, electrical and optical properties of thin films of pure tin oxide ( SnO2 ) and inoculated with iron ( Fe ) in different proportion ( 1.2, 1.4, 1.6, 1.8 and 2 ) % . Based on tin chloride ( SnCl2 ) and iron chloride ( FeCl3 ) , the solution is deposited on glass substrates at a temperature of 480 ° Cfor 3 minutes through the pyrolysis spray technique, X-ray diffraction results showed that the prepared films of iron-galvanized tin oxide have a quadrangular polycrystalline structure and take the preferred direction ( 110 ) with respect to pure and grafted tin oxide with 1,2 % and 1,4 % , while the preferred direction ( 211 ) when grafting at a ratio of 1,6 % to 2 % . The optical transmittance showed from 74 % to 92 %, while the surface resistance witnessed an increase from 34,44 to 164,85 at 2 % , the optical band gap ( Eg ) is changing in the rate of iron vaccination to take the values from 3,69 eV to 3,86 eV. | en_US |
