Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية بحوث العمليات و بشكل خاص أنماط اتخاذ القرارات و دورها في تعظيم أرباح مؤسسة التامين كالشركة الوطنية للتامين بالمديرية الجهوية ورقلة، فقد حاولنا الإجابة على إشكالية'' كيف تؤثر نظرية القرار على تعظيم أرباح شركات التامين؟ ''،حيث قمنا باستخدام المنهجين الوصفي و الكمي التحليلي بهدف التصور الأمثل للمشكلة و إيجاد الحلول المناسبة لها. و قد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن لبحوث العمليات و نظريه أنماط اتخاذ القرار دور كبير في تعظيم أرباح شركات التامين خاصة في حالة عدم التأكد ، من خلال الاختيار الأفضل للمشاريع المستقبلية التي تستقطبها شركة التامين بورقلة .

This study aimed to highlight the importance of operations research, and in particular the patterns of decision-making and its role in maximizing the profits of the economic corporation, the National Insurance Company of the Regional Directorate of Ouargla. We tried to answer the problem of 'How does decision theory affect the maximization of the profits of insurance companies? '', As we used the descriptive and quantitative and analytical approaches in order to optimize the problem and find appropriate solutions. And the study found that operations research and clarification of decision-making patterns have a great role in maximizing the profits of insurance companies, especially in case of uncertainty, through the better choice of future projects that the insurance company will attract..
