dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to identify the level of teachers’ well- being, in the light of variables: gender, place of work and teacher experience. three hundreds and forty six teachers participated in this study by completing well- being scale. The results of the study revealed that teachers described themselves as having high well- being, there are no statistically significant difference between teachers according to variables of gender, place of work and teacher experience. finally, the study ended by offering a number of recommendations for practice and research.en_US
