التكوین ودوره في تنمیة مهارة إدارة الوقت لدى مدارء المدارس الابتدائیة ( لولایة البویرة دارسة میدانیة )

Abstract

هدفت الد ا رسة إلى معرفة دور التكوین في تنمیة مهارة إدارة الوقت لدى مد ا رء المدارس الابتدائیة، ولتحقیق أهداف الد ا رسة طبقت هذه على عینة قوامها ( 24 ) مدیر مدرسة ابتدائیة لولایة البویرة ، وتم تطبیق استبیان بعد وقبل تطبیق البرنامج التكویني علیهم ،ثم استخدمت الباحثة لتحلیل النتائج واختبار فرضیاته، أسالیب إحصائیة تتناسب مع أسئلة وفرضیات الد ا رسة في ضوء استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحلیلي ومنهج التجریبي، وبعد تحلیل نتائج الد ا رسة أسفرت على وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائیة بین متوسطي درجة العینة في القیاس القبلي و البعدي في مهارة إدارة الوقت لدى مد ا رء المدارس الابتدائیة.مما یعني أن للبرنامج التكویني دور في تنمیة وتطویر مهارة إدارة الوقت. وخلصت الد ا رسة إلى مجموعة من التوصیات أهمها: عقد دو ا رت تكوینیة لكافة مد ا رء المدارس الابتدائیة في مجال إدارة الوقت، ضرورة قیام المد ا رء باستخدام أدوات إدارة الوقت. L'étude visait à connaître le rôle de la formation dans le développement des compétences en gestion du temps des directeurs d'école primaire, et pour atteindre les objectifs de l'étude, ceux-ci ont été appliquée à un échantillon de (24) directeurs d'école primaire dans l'État de Bouira, et un questionnaire a été appliqué après et avant que le programme de formation à eux, puis le chercheur a utilisé pour analyser les résultats et tester ses hypothèses. Des Méthodes statistiques proportionnées aux questions et hypothèses de l'étude à la lumière de l'utilisation de l'approche analytique descriptive et de l'approche expérimentale. Après analyse des résultats de l'étude, ont aboutià l’existence de différences statistiquement significative entre le degré moyen de l’échantillon en pré et la post-mesure des compétences en gestion du temps des directeurs d'école primaire. Ce qui signifie que le programme rôle de formation dans le développement dess compétence de la gestion du temps. L'étude s'est conclue par un ensemble de recommandations dont les plus importantes sont : l'organisation de sessions de formation pour tous les directeurs d'écoles primaires dans le domaine de la gestion du temps, la nécessité pour les directeurs d'utiliser des outils de gestion du temps .The study aimed to find out the role of training in developing the skill of time management among primary school principals, and to achieve the objectives of the study, these were applied to a sample of (24) primary school principals in the state of Bouira, and a questionnaire was applied after and before the training program was applied to them, then the researcher used to analyze the results and testing of its hypotheses , Statistical methods commensurate with the questions and hypotheses of the study in the light of the use of the descriptive analytical approach and the experimental approach. After analyzing the results of the study, there was a statistically significant difference between the average sample degree in the pre and post measurement in the time management skill of school principals. this means that the program Formative a has role in development of the skill of time management. The study concluded with a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: holding training sessions for all principals of primary schools in the field of time management, the need for managers to use time management tools.
