دراسة العلاقة بين الإنفاق الحكومي على الصحة والناتج الداخلي الخام في مجموعة دول عربية خلال الفترة )2000-2017)

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى اختبار اثر نفقات الصحة على الناتج الداخلي الخام لمجموعة من الدول العربية (15 دولة) للفترة (2000-2017) ، ولتحقيق هذا تم استخدام نماذج السلاسل الزمنية المقطعية "بانل" وقد أشارت نتائج اختبار السببية إلى وجود علاقة سببية في الأجل القصير في اتجاه واحد متجه من الناتج الداخلي الخام نحو الإنفاق الحكومي على الصحة ، واظهر اختبار هوسمان أن نموذج التأثيرات العشوائية هو الملائم لدراسة هده العلاقة على مستوى الدول العربية.

The study aimed to try to test the Relationship between government spending on health and the gross Domestic product of a group of Arab countries for the period (2000-2017).To achieve this, cross-sectional time-series models were used, Panel data . The results of the causation test indicated that there is a causal relationship in the short term in one direction, directed form the gross domestic product towarads government spending on health, and the Hausman test showed that the rendem effects model is the appropriate model to study this relationship at level of Arab countris
