استخدام الطلبة الجزائريين لمنصة التعليم الالكتروني E-LEARN دراسة على عينة من طلبة قسم ع-الإعلام والاتصال جامعة ورقلة

Abstract

شهد العصر الحالي ثورة في التكنولوجيا، إذ أصبحت سيطر بشكل كبير على الحياة اليومية وتدخل في كل تفاصيلها، سواء في الحياة العملية أو العلمية، حتى وصل الحال إلى الاستغناء عن بعض الأدوات التقليدية والاستعاضة عنها بأدوات إلكترونية أو تقنية.وقد استثمر التعليم هذا التقدم بطريقة موازية في وسائله، فظهرت الاستفادة من هذه التقنيات داخل المدرجات وقاعات التدريس، حتى أمكن الوصول لتعليم متكامل يعتمد على هذه التكنولوجيا وهو ما سمي بالتعليم الالكتروني. انحسر هذا الأخير في بداياته بالجامعات والمعاهد التقليدية، ولكن سرعان ما انضم إلى الاقتصاد التشاركي ليصبح خدمة متوفرة للجميع من خلال منصات إلكترونية مختصة. تهدف هذه المذكرة إلى دراسة "استخدامات الجزائريين لمنصات التعليم الالكترونية"، وتحديدا منصة (E-learn التعليمية، التي يزيد عدد مستخدميها من الجزائر عن 142 ألف، وهي منصة الكترونية أنشئت سنة 2014 تهدف لتقديم مقررات مجانية لمن يريد بالتعاون مع مؤسسات ذات خبرة، والتي يصدر عنها فيما بعد شهادات مصدقة. ومنه تحاول إشكالية الدراسة تسليط الضوء على استخدامات الجزائريين لهذه المنصة المعرفة عادات ودوافع الاستخدام ثم الإشباعات المحققة من ذلك، ; وقد تم إجراء استطلاع على عينة من الدراسة والتي قدرت ب 50 عينة بصفة عشوائية تم الإجابة عليها إلكترونيا وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة من خلال العينة أن (%80) من أفراد العينة المبحوثة يستعملون المنصة التعليمية وهذا نظرا للظروف الاستثنائية التي يمر بها العالم (COVID-19).

The current era has witnessed a revolution in technology, as it has become largely dominated by daily life and interferes with all its details, whether in practical or scientific life, until the situation has reached the dispensation of some traditional tools and their replacement with electronic or technical tools. Education has invested this progress in a parallel way. In its means, the use of these technologies appeared in the halls and classrooms, in order to reach an integrated education based on this technology, which is called e-learning. The latter receded in its beginnings in traditional universities and institutes, but soon it joined the sharing economy to become a service available to all through specialized electronic platforms. This memorandum aims to study "Algerians' uses of electronic learning platforms," specifically the E-learn educational platform, which has more than 142,000 users from Algeria, and it is an electronic platform established in 2014 that aims to provide free courses to anyone who wants in cooperation with experienced institutions, which It is subsequently issued by certified certificates. From this, the problem of the study tries to shed light on the Algerians' use of this platform, the knowledge of habits and motives for use, and the benefits achieved from that. A survey was conducted on a sample of the study, which was estimated at 50 random samples that were answered electronically. The results of the study reached through the sample that (80%) of the individuals of the researched sample use the educational platform and this is due to the exceptional circumstances that the world is going through (COVID-19).
