دینامیكیة الفاعلین وعلاقتها بالمسؤولیة الإجتماعیة للأستاذ الباحث في الوسط الأكادیمي The dynamics of the actors and their relationship to the social responsibility of the research professor in the academic community

Abstract

هدفت الد ا رسة الحالیة للتعرف على دینامیكیة الفاعلین وعلاقتها بالمسؤولیة الإجتماعیة للأستاذ الباحث في الوسط الأكادیمي بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة وبالضبط كلیة العلوم الاجتماعیة والانسانیة, بحیث اقتصر مجتمع البحث فیها على الأساتذة الدائمین بها والبالغ عددهم 138 استاذا, وللكشف على تلك العلاقة، فقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي على عینة اختیرت بطریقة عشوائیة شملت 50 ) استاذا بنسبة( 36.23 %)من مجتمع البحث، وكما تم استخدمت استبانة مكونة من ( 23 ) بندا وبغرض جمع البیانات ومعالجتها تم ) لحساب المتوسطات الحسابیة و الانح ا رفات المعیاریة ومقارنتها بالمتوسط ( SPSS) استخدام برنامج الحزم الاحصائیة للعلوم الاجتماعیة الفرضي. أظهرت النتائج أن هنالك علاقة ذات مستویات مرتفعة بین دینامیكیة الفاعلین والمسؤولیة الاجتماعیة للأستاذ الباحث في الوسط ( الأكادیمي بمتوسط حسابي بلغ( 44.40 ) ومتوسط فرضي ( 38 )، وذلك في جمیع المجالات(العمل الجماعي بمتوسط حسابي بلغ( 16.20 ومتوسط فرضي ( 14 )، تفاعلات القوى الحركیة الفعالة بمتوسط حسابي بلغ ( 15.88 ) و متوسط فرضي ( 12 )، حركیة الجماعة بمتوسط .(.( حسابي بلغ ( 12.31 ) ومتوسط فرضي ( 1 This study aimed at identifying the dynamism of the actors and their relation with the social responsibility of Professor, researcher in the academic centre of Kasdi Merbah University of Ouargla, particularly the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, so that the research community was limited to its 138 permanent professors. To reveal that relation, the researcher used the descriptive curriculum on a randomly selected sample of (50) 36.23% of the research community, (23) items used for data collection and processing (SPSS). The results showed that there is a high-level relation between the dynamics of the actors together with the social responsibility of the professor of academic science, with an mean average of (44.40) and a hypothetical average of (38) in all fields (group work with a mean average of (16.20) and a hypothetical average of (14). Effective kinetic-force reactions with a mean of (15.88), a hypothetical average of (12), collective dynamism with a mean average of (12.31), and a hypothetical average of (12).)
