إسهام الإدارة الصفية للمعلم في تحقيق الكفاءات التربوية للتلاميذ دراسة ميدانية على عينة من تلاميذ المرحلة المتوسطة بالحجيرة ورقلة

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة المعنونة بإسهام الإدارة الصفية للمعلم في تحقيق الكفاءات التربوية لتلاميذ الطور المتوسط (السنة الرابعة) بمتوسطة ابن سينا بالحجيرة لتعرف على كيفية مساهمة الإدارة الصفية للمعلم في تحقيق الكفاءات التربوية لتلاميذ وذلك بالإجابة على التساؤل الرئيسي التالي: كيف تساهم الإدارة الصفية للمعلم في تحقيق الكفاءات التربوية للتلاميذ الطور المتوسط بمتوسطة ابن سينا بالحجيرة؟. وللإجابة على التساؤلات الفرعية التالية: 1-كيف تساهم اللغة المستخدمة من طرف المعلم في تحقيق الكفاءات التربوية للتلاميذ؟. 2-كيف تساهم طريقة التدريس التي يتبعها المعلم في تحقيق الكفاءات التربوية ؟ 3-كيف تساهم الوسائل التعليمية المستخدمة من طرف المعلم في تحقيق الكفاءات التربوية للتلاميذ ؟. وقد تضمنت الدراسة جملة من الإجراءات المنهجية المتبعة للإجابة على هذه التساؤلات الفرعية والمتمثلة في المنهج الوصفي وأداة الاستمارة التي طبقت على تلاميذ الرابعة متوسط وتكونت من أربعة (4) محاور على عينة عرضية غير احتمالية شملت 30 تلميذ وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج: 1-تساهم اللغة المستخدمة من قبل المعلم في تحقيق الكفاءات التربوية للتلاميذ من خلال اللغة الرسمية والبسيطة والواضحة 2-تساهم طريقة التدريس المستخدمة من قبل المعلم في تحقيق الكفاءات التربوية للتلاميذ من خلال الأساليب التي يستخدمها كالمناقشة والحوار والقيام بأعمال جماعية. 3-تساهم الوسائل التعليمية المستخدمة من طرف المعلم في تحقيق الكفاءات التربوية وذلك من خلال زيادة تفاعل التلاميذ وإثارة اهتمامهم وترسيخ المعلومات.

This study entitled the contribution of classroom management to the teacher aimed at achieving the educational competencies for middle stage pupils (fourth year) at Ibn Sina Middle school in El-hadjira to recognize how classroom management takes part to the teacher in fulfiling the educational competencies of pupils. By answering the following main question: How does classroom management contribute to the teacher in achieving the educational competencies of the middle stage pupils at Ibn Sina Middle school in El-Hadjira? and by answering the following sub-questions: 1) How does the language used by the teacher contribute in the fulfillment of educational competencies for pupils? 2) How does the teaching method adopted by the teacher share in the accomplishment of educational competencies? 3) How does the pedagogical tools applied by the teacher take a part in achieving the educational competencies of pupils? The study included a set of methodological proceedings presented to answer these sub-questions represented in descriptive method and the questionnaire tool that are applied to fourth year middle school pupils and consisted of four (4) axes on a non-probability occasional sample that contained thirty (30) pupils. The study reached a set of results: 1) the language applied by the teacher contributes in achieving the educational competencies of pupils through official، simple، and clear language. 2) the teaching method adopted by the teacher shares in the accomplishment of educational competencies of pupils through the methods used such as: discussion-dialogue and teamwork. 3) the educational tools used by the teacher take a part in fulfiling educational competencies and this through raising the interaction of pupils and their attention and consolidating information.
