Violence against working women in the work environment according to some variables

Abstract

The study aims to identify the violence against working women in the health sector according to some variables (Family status, age, employment), by following the descriptive approach and distributing a questionnaire to a sample of 409 workers in the sector, and the study has reached the following results: -There are differences between working women In the practice of violence against them inside the institution according to the family situation variable - There are differences between working women In the practice of violence against them inside the institution according to age variable. - There are differences between working women In the practice of violence against them inside the institution according to the employment variable.
