فعالية نظام الادراة الالكتروني للتعاضديات النقل في تحسين اداء العاملين

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف بشكل دقيق على الادارة الالكترونية وعلى دورها في تحسين اداء العاملين, بالإضافة إلى دراسة العلاقة بين متغيرات الدراسة, وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لدراسة الموضوع, كما تم الاعتماد على دراسة الحالة من خلال الملاحظة العلمية ,والوثائق الرسمية, والمقابلة الشخصية,والاستبيان ومعالجته الإحصائية عن طريق برنامج spss نسخة 23 وخلصت الدراسة إلى وجود مستوى متوسط من مفهوم الادارة الاكترونية لدى العاملين نظرا لاهتمام المؤسسة بهذه العوامل وممارستها, العلاقة الإرتباطية بين الادارة الالكترونية كمتغير مستقل اداء العاملين كمتغير تابع علاقة إرتباطية طردية, ويتجسد ذلك من خلال البعدين التدريب والهيكل التنظيمي من أبعاد الادارة الالكترونية

The study aimed to accurately identify electronic management and its role in improving the performance of employees, in addition to studying the relationship between the study variables, and the descriptive and analytical method was used to study the topic, and the case study was also relied on through scientific observation, official documents, personal interview, and a questionnaire And its statistical treatment through the spss program, version 23, the study concluded that there is a medium level of the concept of electronic management among workers due to the institution’s interest in these factors and its practice, the correlation relationship between electronic management as anindependent variable, the performance of workers as a dependent variable, a direct correlation relationship, and this is reflected through the two dimensions, training and organizational structure.
