Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر سياسة تحفيز الموظفين على الأداء المالي للمؤسسات الاقتصادية الخدمية العاملة في الجزائر، وقد تم اختيار عينة من المؤسسات المندرجة ضمن قطاع الاتصالاتوالمتمثلة في كل من مؤسسة موبيليس، جازي وأوريدو خلال الفترة الممتدة بين 2009-2014. وذلك باعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتغطية الشق النظري من الموضوع، إلى جانب أسلوب دراسة الحالة في الشق التطبيقي. حيث تم دراسة الروابط بين سياسة التحفيز والأداء المالي عن طريق الاستعانة بمتغير وسيط والمتمثل في الأداء الوظيفي، حيث تم الوصول إلى وجود تأثير لسياسة التحفيز على الأداء الوظيفي من خلال تحليل نتائج دراسات سابقة أجريت بنفس مؤسسات عينة الدراسة، في حين تم الاستعانة بنماذج البانل لدراسة العلاقة بين سياسة التحفيز والأداء المالي. وقد

This study aims to identify the impact of the policy of motivating people on the financial performance of the service economic institutions in Algeria, and a sample was chosen from the affiliated institutions in the sector of telecommunications which is in each of the following institutions, Mobilis, Djezzy, and Ooredoo during the period between 2009- 2014. The methodology that is used in this dissertation is the descriptive analytical method in the theoretical part and the case study method in the practical part. Where the study of links between the stimulus policy and the financial performance was achieved through using an intermediate variable which is the functionality, where we conclude that there is an impact of the stimulus policy on the functionality through analyzing results from previous studies that were done in the same institutions, while samples of Panel were used in order to study the relation between thefunctionality and the financial performance. And as a result we find that there is an impact of the stimulus policy on the functionality of the workers and also an impact of the functionality on the financial performance of the study sample
