دور لوحة القيادة في تحسين أداء المؤسسة الإقتصادية "دراسة حالة : مؤسسة توزيع الكهرباء والغاز للوسط بمديرية التوزيع ورقلة للفترة 2018-2019 "

Abstract

تعالج هذه الدراسة دور لوحة القيادة في تحسين أداء المؤسسة الإقتصادية الجزائرية، معتمدين على دراسة حالة في مؤسسة توزيع الكهرباء والغاز للوسط بورقلة، وحاولنا الإجابة على الإشكالية المتمثلة في : ما مدى مساهمة لوحة القيادة في تحسين أداء مؤسسة توزيع الكهرباء والغاز بورقلة خلال الفترة 1018-2019 ؟ توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن لوحة القيادة تساهم بشكل كبير في تحسين أداء المؤسسة بإعتبارها أداة هامة من أدوات مراقبة التسيير، حيث تتدخل في معالجة مختلف المشاكل والإنحرافات الحالية والمستقبلية في وقت قياسي مع ضمان المراقبة الأمثلية للتسيير للمساعدة في إتخاذ القرار المناسب في الوقت المناسب، مما يستدعي ضرورة إعتماد المؤسسة على لوحة القيادة عبر تعضيمها وتفعيلها في مختلف المستويات والأقسام. ومن خلال تحليلنا لنتائج لوحة القيادة ودراسة المؤشرات اتضح لنا أن لكل مصلحة لوحة القيادة خاصة بها ويتم عرضها في شكل جداول دون الاهتمام بالمنحنيات والرسومات البيانية، وفي هذا الإطار تم إعداد هذه الدراسة لإستوضاح مدى دور لوحة القيادة في تحسين أداء من خلال وثائقها المقدمة والمقابلات الشخصية وتحليل نتائج متوصل إليها لسنتي 2018/2019.

This study addresses the role of the dashboard in improving the performance of the Algerian Economic Institution, relying on a case study at the Central Power and Gas Distribution Corporation of The Center of Ouargla, and we tried to answer the problem of: How much does the dashboard contribute to improving the performance of the Power and Gas Distribution Corporation Ouargla during the period 1018-2019? This study found that the dashboard contributes significantly to improving the performance of the institution as an important tool of management control, where it intervenes in addressing various problems and deviations current and future in record time while ensuring optimal control of management to help make the right decision at the right time, which calls for the need to rely the organization on the dashboard through its support and activation in various levels and departments. Through our analysis of the results of the dashboard and the study of indicators, we found that each stakeholder has its own dashboard and is displayed in the form of tables without attention to curves and graphs, and in this context this study was prepared to clarify the role of the dashboard in improving performance through its documentation and interviews and analysis of the results reached for 2018/2019.
