أثر الاستثمار في رأس المال الفكري في تحقيق تنافسية المؤسسة " دراسة ميدانية لعينة من العاملين في المؤسسة الوطنية للأشغال في الابار" ENTP"

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على أثر الاستثمار في رأس المال الفكري في تحقيق تنافسية المؤسسة، حيث تمت الدراسة التطبيقية في المؤسسة الوطنية للأشغال في الآبار ENTP حاسي مسعود _ ورقلة، واعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي في جمع المعطيات والبيانات المتعلقة بظاهرة، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف استخدمنا الاستبيان كأداة للدراسة، وتم توزيع استمارة الاستبيان على عينة مقدار 68 من إطارات العاملة بالمؤسسة، واعتمدنا في تحليل بيانات الاستبيانات على برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية( v23 SPSS- )وبرنامج معالج الجداول( (Excel،وفي الأخير خلصت الدراسة إلى أن: - تتبنى مؤسسةENTP الاستثمار في رأس مال فكري بشكل كفؤ وفعال؛ - تحقق مؤسسة ENTP تنافسية عالية في قطاع المحروقات بالجودة الخدمات المقدمة؛ - لا يؤثر الاستثمار في رأس مال فكري في مؤسسة ENTP في تحقيق تنافسيتها.

This study aims to identify the impact of investing in intellectual capital in achieving the competitiveness of the institution, as the applied study was carried out in the National Corporation for Well Works ENTP Hassi Messaoud _ Ouargla, and we adopted in this study a descriptive approach in collecting data and data related to the phenomenon, and to achieve this goal We used the questionnaire as a study tool, and the questionnaire form was distributed to a sample of 68 workers in the institution, and we relied in analyzing the questionnaires data on the statistical package for social sciences (spss v23), and the spreadsheet processor Excel program, and in the end the study concluded that: - The ENTP Foundation adopts the investment in intellectual capital in an efficient and effective manner. - ENTP achieves high competitiveness in the hydrocarbon sector with the quality of services provided. - Investing in intellectual capital in ENTP does not affect its competitiveness.
