The impact of training programs on occupational health and safety management Case study Tassili drilling company - Hassi Messaoud-

Abstract

The study aims to identifying the impact of training programs on health management and occupational safety of workers of Tassili drilling company in Hassi Messaoud, which was conducted on a random sample formed by (50) workers, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the resolution as a tool for collecting data. The data in the questionnaires were analyzed by using the SPSS, based on computational averages, standard deviations, correlation coefficients and progressive multi-slope analysis, this study concluded with a number of the most important results: The level of training programs is high in Tassili company, there is a high level of application of occupational safety regulations and procedures, The relationship between training programs, health management and occupational safety is also related, with the overall correlation coefficient of 0.253, a positive value that shows a weak correlation between the independent variable and the dependent variable, and we found that the most influential dimension of the impact on health and occupational safety management is behavior dimension.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على تأثير برامج التدريب على إدارة الصحة و السلامة المهنية لعمال شركة طاسيلي للتنقيب بحاسي مسعود، أجريت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية متكونة من (50) عاملا، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحث الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، تم تحليل البيانات الواردة في الاستبانات عن طريق استخدم الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (Spss) بالاعتماد على المتوسطات الحسابية، الانحرافات المعيارية، معاملات الارتباط وتحليل الانحدار المتعدد التدريجي، وخلصت الدراسة لعدد من النتائج أهمها: يوجد مستوى برامج التدريب مرتفع بالمؤسسة، هناك مستوى مرتفع لتطبيق لوائح وإجراءات السلامة المهنية ، كما توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين برامج التدريب و إدارة الصحة و السلامة المهنية حيث كان معامل الارتباط الكلي 0.253 وهي قيمة إيجابية تدل على وجود علاقة طردية ضعيفة بين المتغير المستقل والمتغير التابع، و وجدنا أن أكثر بعد يؤثر على إدارة الصحة و السلامة المهنية هو بعد السلوك .
