استراتيجيات مواجهة الضغط النفسي لدى أمهات أطفال التوحد دراسة استكشافية بمدينة (ورقلة – تقرت)

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على استراتيجيات مواجهة الضغط النفسي التي تستخدمها أمهات أطفال التوحد. - لذلك كانت تساؤلات الدراسة : 1-ما هي ابرز إستراتيجيات مواجهة الضغط النفسي لدى أمهات أطفال التوحد ؟ 2- هل توجد فروق في استراتيجيات مواجهة الضغط النفسي لدى أمهات أطفال التوحد تعزى إلى متغير سن الأم ؟ 3- هل توجد فروق في استراتيجيات مواجهة الضغط النفسي لدى أمهات أطفال التوحد تعزى إلى متغير المستوى التعليمي ؟ 4- هل توجد فروق في استراتيجيات مواجهة الضغط النفسي لدى أمهات أطفال التوحد تعزى إلى متغير المستوى الاقتصادي و الاجتماعي ؟ 5- هل توجد فروق في استراتيجيات مواجهة الضغوط النفسية لدى أمهات أطفال التوحد تعزى لمتغير درجة التوحد لدى الطفل ؟ وكانت فرضيات الدراسة : 1- ابرز إستراتيجيات مواجهة الضغط النفسي لدى أمهات أطفال التوحد هي الإستراتيجيات الموجهة حول الانفعال. 2- توجد فروق في استراتيجيات مواجهة الضغط النفسي لدى أمهات أطفال التوحد تعزى إلى متغير سن الأم . 3- توجد فروق في استراتيجيات مواجهة الضغط النفسي لدى أمهات أطفال التوحد تعزى إلى متغير المستوى التعليمي. 4- توجد فروق في استراتيجيات مواجهة الضغط النفسي لدى أمهات أطفال التوحديين تعزى إلى متغير المستوى الاقتصادي و الاجتماعي. 4- توجد فروق في استراتيجيات مواجهة الضغط النفسي لدى أمهات أطفال التوحد تعزى لمتغير درجة التوحد لدى الطفل. من أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الاستكشافي الذي يتلاءم مع غرض الدراسة كما تم استخدام مقياس إستراتيجية المواجهة للعالم بولهان. وتم حساب صدق المقارنة الطرفية التي قدرت قيمة "ت" ب 4.88 و الصدق الذاتي الذي بلغ 0.91 ثم الثبات ب ألفا كرومباخ وبلغ 0.84, وثبات التجزئة النصفية حيث بلغت نسبته 0.81 وبالتالي فإن مقياس إستراتيجية المواجهة يتمتع بقدر من الصدق و الثبات و يمكن استخدامه في الدراسة الأساسية,أما فيما يخص عينة الدراسة فقدر عددها ب 80 أم طفل مصاب ب التوحد, وتم استخدام الأساليب الإحصائية الآتية:النسب المئوية، لمعالجة الفرضية الأولى,اختبار (ت ) لعينتين مستقلتين لمعالجة الفرضية الثانية،اختبار (ف) التحليل التباين الأحادي، لمعالجة الفرضية الثالثة و الرابعة و الخامسة ,تم استخدام نظام"SPSS "19 وهو النظام الإحصائي للعلوم الاجتماعية في معالجة البيانات الإحصائية للدراسة. وبعد المعالجة الإحصائية لبيانات الدراسة توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية : 1-أبرز إستراتيجيات مواجهة الضغوط النفسية لدى أمهات أطفال التوحد هي الاستراتيجيات الموجهة حول الانفعال . 2- لا توجد فروق في إستراتيجيات مواجهة الضغط النفسي لدى أمهات أطفال التوحد تعزى إلى متغير سن الأم . 3-لا توجد فروق في استراتيجيات مواجهة الضغط النفسي لدى أمهات أطفال التوحد تعزى إلى متغير المستوى التعليمي . 4-لا توجد فروق في استراتيجيات مواجهة الضغط النفسي لدى أمهات أطفال التوحد تعزى إلى متغير المستوى الاقتصادي و الاجتماعي . 5- لا توجد فروق في استراتيجيات مواجهة الضغط النفسي لدى أمهات أطفال التوحد تعزى لمتغير درجة التوحد لدى الطفل. .

The present study aims at identifying coping strategies used by mothers of autistic children. - So the questions of the study: 1 - What are the most prominent strategies for coping with psychological stress among the mothers of autistic children? 2. Are there differences in the coping strategies of mothers of autistic children attributed to the variable age of the mother? 3. Are there differences in the coping strategies of mothers of autistic children due to the variable level of education? 4 - Are there differences in the strategies of coping with psychological stress among mothers of autistic children attributed to the variable economic and social level? 5. Are there differences in coping strategies for mothers of autistic children due to the child's autism variable? The hypotheses of the study were: 1 - The most prominent strategies for coping with psychological stress among mothers of children of autism are strategies directed at emotion. 2 - There are differences in strategies to address the psychological stress in mothers of children of autism attributed to Variable age of mother. 3 - There are differences in the strategies of coping with stress in the mothers of children of autism attributed to the variable level of education. 4 - There are differences in the strategies of coping with psychological stress among mothers of autistic children attributed to the variable economic and social level. 5 - There are differences in the strategies of coping with stress in the mothers of children of autism attributed to the variable degree Autism in the child. In order to achieve the objectives of the study was used descriptive descriptive method that fits the purpose of the study was used as a measure of the strategy of confrontation to the world Bolhaun. The reliability of the peripheral comparison was calculated by estimating the value of "T" by 4.88, the self-confidence of 0.91 and the stability of Alpha Krumbach to 0.84, and the retail stability of 0.81. Therefore, the strategy of the confrontation strategy has a degree of honesty and stability and can be used in the study The following statistical methods were used: percentages, for the treatment of the first hypothesis, the test for two independent samples for the treatment of the second hypothesis, the test for the analysis of the unilateral variance, for the treatment of the hypothesis Third, fourth and fifth, system was used "SPSS" 19 is the statistical system of social sciences in the processing of statistical data for the study.

After the statistical processing of the study data, the study reached the following results: 1 - The most prominent strategies for coping with psychological stress among the mothers of children of autism are strategies directed at emotion. 2 - There are no differences in the strategies of coping with stress in the mothers of children of autism attributed to the variable age of the mother. 3 - There are no differences in the strategies of coping with stress in the mothers of children of autism attributed to the variable level of education. 4 - There are no differences in the strategies of coping with psychological stress among the mothers of children of autism attributed to the variable economic and social level. 5 - There are no differences in strategies to address the psychological stress among mothers of children of autism due to the variable degree of autism in the child
