دور الصيرفة الاٍلكترونية في عصرنة البنوك الجزائرية دراسة حالة بنك الخلیج الجزائري AGB "خلال الفترة 2017-2019"

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الوقوف على مدى تأثير الصيرفةالالكترونية في عصرنة البنوك و وربحيتها وقد تم اختيار بنك الخليج الجزائري AGB خلال الفترة ( 2017-2019) مستعملين في ذلك المنهج الوصفي للجانب النظري والمنهج التجريبي في الجانب التطبيقي و تم الاعتماد على أدوات التحليل الإحصائي منها تحليل الانحدار البسيط كما تم استخدام (Eviews9 ) وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة طردية بين حجم إستخدام أجهزة الصراف الألي والعائد على حقوق الملكية وبين قيمة التحويلات المالية الالكترونية والعائد على حقوق الملكية و بين خدمة الرسائل القصيرة SMS والعائد على حقوق الملكية.

This study aims to determine the extent of the impact of electronic banking on the modernization of banks and their profitability. The Gulf Algerian Bank (AGB) was chosen during the period (2017-2019), using the descriptive approach of the theoretical side and the experimental approach in the practical side and reliance on statistical analysis tools, including regression analysis The simple method was also used (Eviews9) program. The study concluded that there is a direct centrifugal relationship between the volume of use of ATMs and the return on property rights and between the value of electronic money transfers and the return on property rights and between the SMS service and the return on property rights.
