ظاهرة الهجرة غير الشرعية

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة التعريف بظاهرة الهجرة غير الشرعية في العالم عامة وفي الجزائر خاصة، كما انها تهدف إلى الكشف عن أسبابها وتداعياتها وطرقها، والاثار المترتبة عنها، ومختلف السياسات والإجراءات والقوانين التي سلكتها الجزائر من أجل مواجهة هذه الظاهرة والحد منها. خلصت الدراسة إلى نتيجة مؤداها أنه لا بد من تكاتف الجهود الإقليمية والدولية لمواجهة ظاهرة الهجرة غير الشرعية، والحد من خطورتها وامتدادها، حيث لا تستطيع أي دولة بمفردها القيام بذلك، لأن هذه الظاهرة أصبحت ذات صبغة عالمية في توسعها وتهديداتها وان للظاهرة اثار سلبية على المجتمع المضيف اجتماعيا واقتصاديا.

This study aims to identify the phenomenon of illegal immigration in the world in general and in Algeria in particular. It aims to reveal the causes, consequences and methods of illegal immigration and the various policies, procedures and laws adopted by Algeria in order to confront and reduce this phenomenon. The study concluded that regional and international efforts must be combined to confront the phenomenon of illegal migration and to reduce its severity and spread, as no single country can do so because this phenomenon has become global in its expansion and threats. The phenomenon has negative effects on the host society socially and economically.
