Abstract

انتشرت في السنوات الأخيرة ظاهرة اختراق حسابات الفيس بوك مما جعل كافة المستخدمين يبحثون عن برامج تمكنهم من اختراق حسابات الفيس بوك ، وفي هذا الإطار جاءت هذه الدراسة التي تهدف للتعرف على أثر الهندسة الاجتماعية على الطلبة عبر موقع الفيس بوك وعليه حاولنا الإجابة على التساؤل الرئيسي المطروح "ما أثر الهندسة الاجتماعية في موقع التواصل الاجتماعي الفيس بوك على طلبة قسم الإعلامالآليوتكنولوجيا المعلومات بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة ؟" وقد تمحورت تساؤلات الدراسة حول ما يلي: 1- ما مدى معرفة طلبة قسم الإعلام الآلي وتكنولوجيا المعلومات بالهندسة الاجتماعية في موقع الفيس بوك ؟ 2- ما مستوى توفر مهارات التصدي لهجمات الهندسة الاجتماعية في موقع فيس بوك لدى طلبة قسم الإعلام الآلي وتكنولوجيا المعلومات؟ 3- ماالآثار النفسية الناجمة عن الهندسة الاجتماعية في موقع الفيس بوك على طلبة قسم الإعلام الآلي وتكنولوجيا المعلومات ؟ 4- ما الآثار الاجتماعية التي تطرأ نتيجة للهندسة الاجتماعية في موقع فيس بوك على طلبة قسم الإعلام الآلي وتكنولوجيا المعلومات ؟ 5- ما الآثار المادية التي تنجر عن الهندسة الاجتماعية على طلبة قسم الإعلام الآلي وتكنولوجيا المعلومات ؟ وقد قمنا بتقسيم هذه الدراسة إلى فصلين الأول خاص بالإجراءات المنهجية والفصل الثاني خاص بالجانب التطبيقي لها وفيه عرض ومناقشة النتائج وتحليلها واعتمدنا أيضا في دراستنا هذه على المنهج المسحي واستخدمنا الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات حيث قمنا بتوزيع استمارات الاستبيان عل طلبة قسم الإعلام الآلي وتكنولوجيا المعلومات بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة ، تحصلنا على مجموعة نتائج تجيب على إشكالية الدراسة حول أثر الهندسة الاجتماعية على الطلبة الجامعيين في موقع فيس بوك بأن السبب الرئيسي عدم معرفة أو دراية الطالب بمصطلح الهندسة الاجتماعية والتقنيات المستخدمة للاختراق الحسابات الشخصية عبر موقع الفيس بوك وكذلك من خلال تعرض للاختراق عن طريق هذه التقنية الجديدة التي أصبحت تهدد خصوصياتهم في مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي خاصة موقع الفيس بوك

The phenomenon of hacking Facebook accounts has spread in recent years, which made all users search for programs that enable them to hack Facebook accounts, and in this context came this study, which aims to sweat the impact of social engineering on students via Facebook, and accordingly we tried to answer the main question posed What is the impact of social engineering in the social networking site Facebook on the students of the Department of Automation and Information Technology at the University of KasdiMerbah, Ouargla? The study questions focused on the following: 1- What is the extent of knowledge of the students of the Department of Computer Science and Information Technology in social engineering on the Facebook site? Information? 2- Whatis the level of availability of skills to counter social engineering attacks on Facebook amongstudents of the Department of Computer and Information Technology? 3- What are the psychological effects of social engineering on Facebook on students of the Department of Computer and Information Technology? 4- What are the social effects that occur as a result of social engineering on Facebook on the students of the Department of Automation and Information Technology? 5- What are the material effects of social engineering on the students of the Department of Computer and Information Technology?

We have divided these The study is divided into two chapters, the first of which is concerned with the methodological procedures and the second chapter is for the practical aspect of it, in which we present and discuss the results and analyze them. We also relied in this study on the survey method and used the questionnaire as a tool for data collection. A set of results that answer the problem of the study about the impact of social engineering on university students on Facebook, that the main reason is the student's lack of knowledge or knowledge of the term social engineering and the techniques used to hack personal accounts through Facebook, as well as through being hacked by this new technology, which has become Their privacy in social networking sites, especially Facebook.
