أثر القيادة التحويلية على تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة ENTP دراسة حالة شركة بحاسي مسعود

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى اختبار أثر القيادة التحويلية على تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة، وجرت الدراسة على مستوى المؤسسة الوطنية للاشغال في الابار ENTP وتم الحصول على المعلومات اللازمة من خلال الاستبيان الذي وزع على 33 فردا من مجتمع الدراسة وهذا بصفة عشوائية من الموظفين، وبعد تحليل النتائج باستخدام spss تم الوصول إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن القيادة التحويلية لها أثر إيجابي على تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة، ثم أختتمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات ذات الصلة بالموضوع.

This study aimed to test the impact of transformational leadership on the implementation of TQM. The study was conducted at the level of the National Well Works Corporation (ENTP). The necessary information was obtained through a questionnaire that was distributed to 33 individuals from the study community, and this is randomly from the employees, and after analyzing the results using spss, a set of results was reached, the most important of which is that transformational leadership has a positive impact on the application of total quality management, then the study concluded a group Related recommendations.
