L’élevage camelin périurbain : une diversité de systèmes d’élevage et de services

Abstract

Le dromadaire est le seul animal ayant la capacité de s'adapter dans un milieu caractérisé par la sécheresse et le manque de pâturages productifs, Dieu l'a distingué avec des caractéristiques qui diffèrent du reste des animaux, phénotypiquement et génétiquement. L'enquête, menée au niveau de la région de El-Hedjira, comprenait un échantillon de chameliers sédentaires vivant en régions périurbaines. Les enquêtés, en nombre de 6, sont soit des agro-éleveurs ou des éleveurs de dromadaires . Les orientations des élevages enquêtés sont : l'engraissement des chamelons pour la production de viande , la production de poil et la production de crottin , le lait étant autoconsommé .

يعتبر الجمل الحيوان الوحيد الذي لديه القدرة على التكيف في بيئة تتسم بالجفاف وعدم وجود المراعي المنتجة، ميزه هللا بخصائص ظاهرية و وراثية تجعله مختلفا عن بقية الحيوانات. االستطالع الذي أجري على مستوى المناطق الحضرية في منطقة الحجيرة شمل عينة من مربي االبل المستقرين الذين يعيشون في المناطق الحضرية. وقد تم العثور على فئتين ، شملت مزارعين و مربي مواشي و مربي ابل. توجهات مزارع التربية التي شملها االستطالع هي: تسمين االبل الصغيرة إلنتاج اللحوم ، وإنتاج الوبر وإنتاج الروث ، مع العلم ان اللبن يستعمل للتغذية الذاتية.
