Abstract

مما لا شك فيه أن عملية التشارك املعريف بني أعضاء اهليئة الطبية، ش ِّكل أحد أبرز الرك ُائز اليت تعليها عملية تطوير نوعية اخلدمات الصحية املقدمة للمجتمع، هذا ما يدعو مسريي الملؤسسات االستشفائية لتسطري اسرتاتيجية خاصةبالتشارك املعريف، بىنُت على رصد اخلربات املتاحة، وحتفيز العاملني على القيام بعملية التشارك املعريف، و بناء شبكة تربط بني مالك املعرفة وطالبها، تعتمد على نظام اتصال فعال، ومن هذا املنطلق جاءت هذه الدراسة الختبار أثر االتصال الفعال على لتشارك املعريف يف املؤسسات الستشفائية العمومية املتخصصة، إضافة إىل ذلك رمت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على طبيعة التشارك املعريف، اليت قد تعزي للمتغريات الدميغرافيةوالعلمية والوظيفية التالية: )اجلنس، السن، املؤهل العلمي، املصلحة االستشفائية(. مستخدمني اإلستبيانة كأداة رئيسية جلمعاملعلومات، وقد متثل جمتمع الدراسة يف مجيع أفراد اهليئة الطبية اجلزائرية العاملة باملؤسسة العمومية االستشفائية املتخصصة األم والطفل بورقلة، واليت بلغ قوامها )136( فردا، متبعني يف حتديد حجم عينة الدراسة طريقة العينة العشوائية الطبقية، حيث بلغت العينة )101( فردا، كما مت حتليل البيانات املتحصل عليها باستخدام الربنامج احلاسويب )SPSS V.19(. حيث خلصت الدراسة لوجود عالقة ارتباطية طردية موجبة، قوية نسبيا، بني االتصال الفعال والتشارك املعر يف، باملستشفى حملالدراسة، وأن ممارسة االتصال الريمي بني أفراد عينة الدراسة كانت متوسطة، لخالف ممارسة االتصال يري الريمي اليت كانت قوية، أيضا تبنيمن خالل الدراسة أن سلوك التشارك املعريف ميارس بدرجة قوية بني أفراد اهليئة الطبية العاملة باملؤسسة حمل الدراسة، بينما هم يري متأكدين من وجود اسرتاتيجية للتشارك املعريف، أو معيقات للتشارك املعريف يف ذات املؤسسة. ويف األخري مت تقدمي جمموعة من االقرتاحات، ميكن أن تساهم يف الرفع من فعالية االتصال، داخل املؤسسة االستشفائية، وحتقيقاقصى درجات التشارك املعريف يف الوسط الطيب، جزء منها ميكن تنفيذه على املدى القصري أو املتوسط، و اجلزء األخر ميكن تنفيذه على

There is no doubt that the process of knowledge sharing between the members of the medical body is one of the main pillars for building the process of developing the health services quality provided to society. This is what calls the managers of hospital institutions to establish a strategy based on monitoring available experiences, motivating workers to undertake the process of knowledge sharing, and building a network linking the knowledge owner to the knowledge seeker. This depends on an effective communication system, and from this standpoint, the study aimed to investigate the impact of effective communication on knowledge sharing in specialized government hospital institutions. Moreover, this study aimed to identify the nature of knowledge sharing which may be due to some demographic, scientific and functional variables such as. Gender, age, educational qualification, and the hospital service they belong to. We have used the questionnaire as a main data collection tool. Participants were all members of the medical body working in the maternity and child specialized hospital in Ouargla, Algeria, which consisted of 136 members. In determining the size of the study sample, we followed the stratified random sampling method where the sample contains 101 members, and the data obtained was analyzed by SPSS version 19. The results of this study showed that there is a strong positive correlative relationship between effective communication and knowledge sharing in the hospital. The practice of formal communication between the members of the study was medium while the practice of the informal communication was strong. Moreover, the study showed that knowledge sharing behavior is strongly practiced among the medical staff, while they are not sure whether there is a clear strategy for knowledge sharing or barriers to knowledge sharing in the institution. Finally, a set of proposals were presented, which can contribute to improve the effectiveness of communication within the institution and to achieve maximum levels of knowledge sharing in the medical community.
