دور الاتصال التربوي بين الاستاذ والتلميذ في تحسين مستوى الاداء الرياضي

Abstract

الملخص: إن لكل بحث علمي فكرة أو سبب يدفع الباحث للبحث فيه، أما ما دفعنا نحـن فهـو منطلـق مهارات التواصل لدى اسـتاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية والأداء الرياضي للتلميذ، وهذا سر وقوعنا واختبارنا لموضوع " دور الاتصال التربوي بين الأستاذ والتلميذ في تحسين مستوى الأداء الرياضي" تفرعـت منـه أسـئلة جزئيـة وقــد أعطينــا إجابــات مؤقتــة تمثلــت فــي الفرضـيات، فالفرضـية العامـة تدعم وجود علاقة ذات ارتباطية موجبة بين مستوى الاتصال التربوي ومستوى الأداء الرياضي لدى تلاميذ التربية البدنية الطور الثانوي في ولاية ورقلة..وقـد شـرعنا فــي بحثنــا بالجانــب النظــري حيــث تطرقنــا حـول ثــلاث فصــول نظرية صمت مدخلا عاما للدراسة والفصل الثاني احتوى على الدراسات السابقة المتشابهة مع دراستنا الحالية، ثم إلـى الجانـب التطبيقـي بتوجهنـا إلـى الميـدان المتمثـل فـي ثانويات الخوارزمي بورقلة، حيث اخترنا منهج مناسب لبحثنا وهو المنهج الوصفي بشقيه الارتباطي والتحليلي، العينة، الوسـائل الإحصـائية....الخ، كمـا اسـتعملنا وسـائل وأدوات لجمـع المعلومـات والمتمثلـة الاستبيان، حيث كلاهمـا يحـوي ابعـاد واسـئلة محكمـة وزعناه على عينة الأساتذة التي ضمت 80 استاذا، في كل ثانويات بلدية ورقلة، ثم استعملنا الوسائل الاحصائية من اجل الحساب وبعدها قمنا بجمع النتائج وتحليلها ومناقشتها ومقابلتها بالنتائج المحصـل عليهـا فـي الفرضـيات وتوصـلنا إلـى صـحة الفرضـيات الجزئيـة التـي افترضـناها وبالتـالي صـحة الفرضـية العامة التي مفادها أن توجد علاقة ذات ارتباطية موجبة بين مستوى الاتصال التربوي ومستوى الأداء الرياضي لدى تلاميذ التربية البدنية الطور الثانوي في ولاية ورقلة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الاتصال التربوي، الأداء الرياضي، الوسائل الإحصائية، اسـتاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية

Each scientific research has an idea or a reason that prompts the researcher to research it. As for what motivated us, it is the starting point for the communication skills of the professor of physical education and sports and the student’s athletic performance. Partial and we have given tentative answers represented in the hypotheses. The general hypothesis supports the existence of a positive correlation between the level of educational communication and the level of mathematical performance of physical education students in the secondary phase in the state of Ouargla. We proceeded in our research in the theoretical side, where we dealt with a theory of three semesters. For the study and the second chapter it contained previous studies that are similar to our current study, then to the practical side by heading to the field represented by Al-Khwarizmi High School in Ouargla, where we chose a suitable approach for our research, which is the descriptive approach with its two parts relational and analytical, the sample, statistical methods .... etc. And tools for collecting information, represented by the questionnaire, as both contain dimensions and tight questions that we distributed to the public. The faculty of the professors, which included 80 professors, in all municipal secondary schools of Ouargla, then we used statistical means for the calculation, and after that we collected the results, analyzed them, discussed them and matched them with the results obtained in the hypotheses, and we arrived at the validity of the partial hypotheses that we assumed and thus the general hypothesis is valid.
