معدلات السعادة النفسية لدى الأساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية وعلاقتها ببعض متغيرات الدراسة (السن-المؤهل العلمي-الخبرة المهنية)

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على معدلات السعادة النفسية لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية و الرياضية، والكشف عن الفروق في معدلات السعادة النفسية لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية و الرياضية تبعا لمتغيرات (السن والخبرة المهنية والمؤهل العلمي)، واستخدم الطالب المنهج الوصفي للتحقق من فرضيات الدراسة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 40 أستاذ، واعتمد الطالب على مقياس السعادة النفسية ، وتم معالجة البيانات إحصائيا بواسطة المتوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري واختبار (ت النفسية لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضة، ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في معدلات الس) لعينة واحدة، واختبار (ت) لعينتين مستقلتين، وتوصل الطالب إلى وجود مستوى مرتفع في معدلات السعادة عادة النفسية لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية تعزى لمتغيرات السن والمؤهل العلمي والخبرة المهنية.

The study aimed to identify psychological happiness rates among teachers of physical education and sports, and to reveal differences in psychological happiness rates among teachers of physical education and sports according to variables (age, professional experience, and scientific qualification). The student used the descriptive approach to verify the assumptions of the study. The study sample consisted of 40 professors, and the student adopted the psychological happiness scale, and the data were processed statistically by the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and (T) test for one sample, And a test (T) for two independent samples, and the student reached a high level of psychological happiness rates among teachers of physical education and sports, and there are no statistically significant differences in psychological happiness rates among teachers of physical education and sports due to variables of age, academic qualification and professional experience.
