Abstract: This research paper aims to analyze the contributions of tunisian civil society organizations in the security policy reform , by researching the most prominent mechanisms and aspects of participation in the security policy , as well as monitoring the most important challenges related to activating the participation of civil society organizations in security policy reform.This research paper concluded that the security system in Tunisia has a strong institutional structure,that enable it to move towards reforming the security policy. However, this path faces many challenges related to the general context accompanying the reform of the security system, in addition to the absence of a clear vision and strategy for security policy reform.
