الإصابات الرياضية في الصالات والقاعات الرياضية وعلاقتها بالأجهزة المستعملة

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الإصابات الرياضية في الصالات والقاعات وعلاقتها بالأجهزة المستعملة ، حيث كان البحث الميداني بـ (64) لاعب رياضي حيث تم اختيارهم بأسلوب عشوائي من أصل المجتمع 140 فرد بالقاعات والصالات الرياضية بورقلة وتم استعمال المنهج الوصفي في الدراسة واستعمال الحزم الإحصائية في عملية التفريغ من خلال برنامج الحزم الإحصائية " SPSS " نسخة 20 وقد تم حساب صدق وثبات الاستبيان للتأكد من صلاحية الاستبيان كأداة جمع البيانات، ، حيث أظهرت النتائج ما يلي : - هناك علاقة وطيدة وقوية وبالتالي الإقرار بأنه تحققت الفرضية العامة والقائلة بـ: للإصابات الرياضية في الصالات والقاعات علاقة وطيدة بالأجهزة المستعملة - هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الإصابات الرياضية لرياضة كمال الأجسام تعزى لمتغير السن. - ليس هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الإصابات الرياضية لرياضة كمال الأجسام تعزى لمتغير التغذية. - توجد هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الإصابات الرياضية لرياضة كمال الأجسام تعزى لمتغير الأجهزة المستعملة This study aimed at sports injuries in the halls and halls and their relationship to the equipment used, where the field research was with (64) athletes who were chosen randomly from the community of 140 individuals in the halls and gymnasiums in Ouargla. The results showed the following: - There is a strong and strong relationship and therefore the recognition that the general hypothesis that says: Sports injuries in halls and halls have a strong relationship with the used equipment has been achieved. - There are statistically significant differences in sports injuries for bodybuilding due to the age variable. - There are no statistically significant differences in sports injuries for bodybuilding due to the variable of nutrition. - There are statistically significant differences in the sports injuries of bodybuilding due to the variable devices used.
