الدور القيادي لأستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية في التفاعل الاجتماعي لدى تلاميذ الطور الثانوي

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة من خلال هذه الدراسة تطرقنا الى: - الدور القيادي لاستاذ التربية البدنية و الرياضية في التفاعل الاجتماعي لدى تلاميذ الطور الثانوي - تعداد بعض الاساليب القيادية و ذكر اهم مميزاتها - تأثير كل اسلوب قيادي على التفاعل الاجتماعي لتلاميذ الطور الثانوي - ذكر افضل اسلوب قيادي لاستاذ التربية البدنية و الرياضية لزيادة التفاعل الاجتماعي لتلاميذ الطور الثانوي - و كان طرحنا للتساؤل الرئيسي كالتالي : هل للأسلوب القيادي لأستاذ التربية البدنية و الرياضية دور في التفاعل الاجتماعي لدى تلاميذ الطور الثانوي ؟ ولقد اتبعنا في دراستها المنهج الوصفي الذي يقاس مع بحثنا أما الأداء فقد استعملنا الاستبيان وتوصلنا إلى نتيجة أن للاسلوب القيادي لاستاذ التربية البدنية و الرياضية دورا بارزا في التفاعل الاجتماعي لدى تلاميذ الطور الثانوي و ان الاسلوب القيادي الديموقراطي هو الاسلوب الافضل لزيادة التفاعل الاجتماعي و ان الاسلوب القيادي الديكتاتوري لا يؤثر سلبا على التفاعل الاجتماعي لدى تلاميذ الطور الثانوي و وجدنا ان الفرضيات التي بنينا عليها الدراسة قد تحقق بعضها مثل الفرضية الاولى و الثالثة و لم يتحقق الاخر مثل الفرضية الثانية وهذا ما أكده المعلمين في الاستبيان الموزع.

Through this study we discussed : -The leading role of the professor of physical and sports education in social interaction among secondary school students -Enumerating some of the leadership methods and mentioning their most important advantages The impact of each leadership approach on the social interaction of secondary school students -Mention the best leadership style of the professor of physical and sports education to increase the social interaction of secondary students And our main question was as follows: Does the leadership style of the professor of physical and sports education play a role in the social interaction of secondary school students? In its study we followed the descriptive approach measured with our research, but performance we used the questionnaire and reached the conclusion that the leadership style of the professor of physical and sports education has a prominent role in the social interaction among the students of the secondary stage and that the democratic leadership method is the best way to increase social interaction and that the dictatorial leadership style does not negatively affect the social interaction among the students of the secondary stage and we found that the hypotheses on which we built the study may achieve some of them such as the first hypothesis The third and the other did not achieve such a second hypothesis and this was confirmed by the teachers in the distributed questionnaire
