Etude et intégration du système de protection feu et gaz d’un Turbo-Compresseur dans un automate programmable

Abstract

Notre projet intitulé (Etude et intégration du système de protection feu et gaz d’un Turbo-Compresseur dans un automate programmable), l’objective principale de cette étude est de développer le système de protection qui est installé actuellement dans la station de compression de centre industriel de sud Hassi Massoud, tous d’abord nous commençons par une étude approfondie du système actuel de protection, dans cette étude nous avons découvrit plus des inconvénients de ce système de protection, pour cela nous avons proposé le changement de l'ancien système par un système basé sur un automate programmable industriel API , selon les normes internationales applique dans le domaine de la sécurité industriel . Notre projet est subdivisé en deux parties : partie programmation sur le TriStation 1131, et partie de supervision sur l’InTouch Wonderware.

The title of our project is ( Study and integration of the fire and gas protection system of a Turbo-Compressor in a programmable controller), the main object of this study is the development of the current protection control system which is installed in the south industrial central Hassi Massoud, at first we begin bay a deep study to the system we have discovered a lot of inconveniences of this protection system , in this case we suggest to change the old system bay another system based on a programmable logic controller PLC system, according to international standards in the field of security industrial , our project is subdivided in the two parts : programming on TriStation 1131 part, and supervision on the InTouch Wonderware part.
