Automatisation et supervision d’un procédé industriel par l’automate Schneider

Abstract

La surveillance et le contrôle à distance dans la production et la distribution d'eau potable est la solution idéale pour la production dans les cas où ses origines sont dispersées et géographiquement réparties, grâce à la surveillance et au contrôle à distance, le concept de contrôle a changé car il n'y a plus besoin d'aller à le lieu des machines et équipements à inspecter ou à réparer. Avec ce travail expérimental, nous avons simulé le système SCADA, qui surveille et contrôle le système, en utilisant les logiciels UNITY PRO et Vijeo Designer de la marque Schneider, et la sélection a été couronnée de succès.

Remote monitoring and control in the production and distribution of drinking water is the ideal solution for production in cases where its origins are dispersed and geographically distributed, thanks to remote monitoring and control, the concept of control has changed because there is no longer a need to go to the location of machinery and equipment to be inspected or repaired. With this experimental work, we simulated the SCADA system, which monitors and controls the system, using the Schneider brand UNITY PRO and Vijeo Designer software, and the selection was successful.
