Abstract

Le pétrole brut doit subir des procédés de traitement convenable capable de fournir un pétrole qui répond aux normes exigées. La présence de l’eau émulsifiée dans le pétrole diminue sa qualité ainsi il peut provoquer la corrosion des équipements. Pour ces raisons, la chaine de traitement du brut comporte le dessalage qui conditionne la bonne marche des équipements en aval. -Notre objectif est de vérifier les calcules de dimensionnement de dessaleur de l’UTBS et étudier l’influence des paramètres clés de dessalage électrostatique afin d’obtenir un produit que répond aux normes et aux exigences commerciales.

Crude oil must undergo suitable treatment processes capable of providing oil that meets the required standards. The presence of emulsified water in oil lowers its quality so it can cause equipment corrosion. For these reasons, the crude treatment chain includes desalting which conditions the proper functioning of downstream equipment. -Our objective is to verify the desalter sizing calculations of the UTBS and study the influence of the key parameters of electrostatic desalting to find an effective solution in order to arrive to obtain a product that meets the standards and commercial requirements. . The study was conducted on the effect of desalting variables on the efficiency of the desalter andInfluence of the crude inlet temperature on the operation of the desalting. For which it is necessary to install an exchanger to ensure the ideal temperature for entering the crude into the desalters of the UTB unit at Hassi-Messaoud. We opted for a choice of a double-tube heat exchanger whose geometric characteristics have been determined.
