Abstract: The need for leadership skills has become a critical requirement for any institution seeking performance excellence, to maintain continuity in a highly competitive environment, and institutions have realized the importance of leadership skills and their ability to develop. the performance of their human resources in order to achieve their objectives and their continuity, despite the existence of intense competition, for the development of human resources, which are at the heart of the production process. Accordingly, this article aims to identify the methods adopted by the Algerian institution, represented by the M'Sila industrial and commercial complex, which seeks to improve and develop the leadership skills of its employees, through the process of training and supervision to improve performance effectiveness to ensure continuity and stability in the face of external competition
