Abstract

إن مراقبة الجودة تمثل خطوة أساسية في عملية استلام المواد الخام بسبب تدهور المواد الخام تحت تأثير الظواهر الخارجية أو وجود عنصر غير معروف يدفع الشركات الصناعية إلى الرغبة في تأكيد إعادة تحليل هذه المادة الخام. تسمح لنا الضوابط والاختبارات الفيزيائية والكيميائية التي يتم إجراؤها على مادة "سولبيريد" الخام للاستخدام الصيدلاني بتوصيل مادة خام آمنة ومتوافقة إلى ورش الإنتاج. وبالنظر إلى الحجم الكبير لمخلفات التحليل فقد تم تقديم لمحة عامة عن الإجراءات الهادفة إلى تحديد الاستراتيجية المعتمدة للتخلص من النفايات الناتجة .Quality control represents an essential step in the process of receiving raw materials because of the degradation of raw materials under the action of external phenomena or the presence of an unknown component which pushes industrial companies to want to confirm the reproducibility of this raw material. The controls and physicochemical tests carried out on the raw material “sulpiride” for pharmaceutical use; allow us to deliver to the production workshops a safe and compliant raw material. And in view of the large volume of analytical rejections, an overview was presented of the procedure aimed at defining the strategy adopted for the disposal of the waste generated.Le contrôle-qualité représente une étape indispensable dans le processus de réception des matières premières à cause de la dégradation des matières premières sous l’action de phénomène extérieurs ou présence d’un composant inconnu qui pousse les entreprises industrielles à vouloir confirmer la reproductibilité de cette matière première. Les contrôles et les tests physico-chimiques effectués sur la matière première “sulpiride” à usage pharmaceutique, nous permettent de délivrer aux ateliers de production une matière première sure et conforme. Et vue le volume important des rejets d’analyse, on a été présenté une aperçue de la procédure a pour objet de définir la stratégie adoptée pour l'élimination des déchets générée.
