Abstract

The language of sacred text can never separated from its pragmatigcs function delivered to the reader this sacred text be it Quranic text or hadith text should be put into the aestethic side of the consideration in this research between hands we have talked one of the two types of the holly Quran witch is the language of the hadith in particular the hadith witch called Jawwama Al kalam . we have adopted a comparative annlatiquale method delling with comparing the arabicvergin into the englishvergin in the target text we have opted for the comparative annlatiquale method because we are comparing between two vergins of the same hadith seeking to know what are the different aspects of loss or the other dimensions of gain in one of the most complicated tasks that the translator may encounter the results show that 90 percent of all the translations chosen as symbols do campletly and enterly failed in rendering the second important dimension which is the aesthetic and formal aspect of the language of the hadith however the meaning and the content and pragmatic dimension of the hadith is to a giving extent extant expressed in the English version we recommend at the end that such type of text the sacred hadith should be delet with the same ways and the same techniques dealt with the language of the Quaran . .The Arabic language was distinguished by being the language of the Quaran and hadith that forms all JameeAlkalim of the hadith of the prophet piece be upon him in Arabic and the question that arises here is whether it is possible for another language than Arabic to express the meaning of JameeAlkalim of the hadith of the prophet peace be upon him in the same semantic .stylistic and aesthetic units without any loss in the meaning or any loss in the form.

Les sociétés diffèrent par leur nature et leurs individus, coutumes, idéologie, culture, géographie et histoire. Toutes ces différences ne rendent pas les humains isolés les uns des autres, mais les lient plutôt par un lien commun dans une manière qui a toutes ses particularités et ses caractère quantitatif national, mais elle les relie les uns aux autres car c’est la société humaine intégrée et donc les piliers les plus importants de la personnalité nationale et communautaire sont la langue et la culture. La langue est un système et une entité vivante qui est autonome et diffère du reste des autres systèmes en termes de méthodes de communication et de moyens d’exprimer les êtres les plus intimes de soi. Une question qui se pose ici, est-il possible pour une autre langue que l’arabe d’exprimer le point dans Jamee Al Kalam avec la même charge sémantique, stylistique et esthétique sans perte de sens ni lourde perte dans la structure.

تختلف المجتمعات وتتباين في طبيعتها وأفرادها عاداتها وإيديولوجيتها ثقافتها حضارتها وجغرافيتها وتاريخها وكل هاته الإختلافات لا تجعل البشر معزولين عن بعضهم بل تربطهم برباط مشترك يشكل لكل خصوصياته وشخصيتها القويمة المميزة ولكنها تربط فيهم بين بعضهم البعض لأنهم يكونونا المجتمع البشري المتكامل ولذلك كان أهم ركائز الشخصية المجتمعية والشخصية القومية هو اللغة والثقافة فاللغة نظام وكيان قائم حي بذاته يختلف عن باقي الأنظمة الأخرى بالأساليب التواصل وبالأساليب التعبير عن مكنونات الذات هاته المميزات اللغوية تتميز عن بعضها البعض كونها مازايا ووصلات صنعت و كانت بالإختلاف المحيط الجغرافي والمحيط الحاجوي والمحيط الحضاري وتميزت اللغة العربية بكونها لغة القرأن ولغة الحديث الذي جمع جوامع الكلم العربية وسؤال الذي يطرح نفسه هاهنا هل تستطيع أن تعبر لغة أخرى غير العربية عن ما يئط من معان في جوامع الكلم بنفس الشحنة الدلالية والأسلوبية والجمالية دون خسارة في المعنى أو خسارة فادحة في المبنى .
