Caractérisation des filières camelines dans le Sahara Septentrionale Algérien cas de la région de Touggourt

Abstract

Notre étude s’est fixée pour objectif l’étude du cheminement des produits camelins à travers les différents maillons de la filière et l'identification des principaux acteurs impliqués dans le domaine de l'élevage camelin dans la région de Touggourt. Basé sur une série d’enquêtes qui a touché 17 chameliers, dans les zones de : Touggourt (6 éleveurs), Megarine (3 éleveurs), Taïbet (4 éleveurs), Benaceur (1 éleveur) et Beldat Amor (3 éleveurs). L'étude a mis en évidence que à travers l’échantillon enquêté, la quasi-totalité des élevages sont à vocation viande (64,7 %), un seul chamelier collecte et vend du lait de chamelle à Sidi Slimane et Beldat Amor (5,8 %) et 29,4 % des chameliers commercialisent le poil. Les filières crottin et animaux de services sont non pratiquées dans la région de Touggourt. Contrairement aux filières lait et poil qui se caractérisent par des circuits très courts, constituées de 2 maillons seulement, en l'occurrence le producteur et le consommateur pour la filière lait, et le producteur et le revendeur dans le cas de la filière poil, la filière viande englobe le plus de maillons depuis le producteur jusqu’au consommateur. Les maillons constitutifs de la filière sont : le producteur, l’engraisseur, le revendeur, l'abattoir, le boucher et le consommateur.

الرئيسية الفاعلة الناشطة في مجال تربية الابل في منطقة تقرت. استنادا الى سلسلة من الدراساتسطرت دراستنا كهدف دراسة مسار منتجات الابل من خلال الروابط المختلفة للقطاع و تحديد الجهاتك. الاستقصائية التي شملت 17 مربيا للابل في مناطق : تقرت (6 مربين)، المقارين (3 مربين)، الطيبات (4 مربين)، بن ناصر (1 مربي) و بلدة عمر (3 مربين)، اظهرت الدراسة انه من خلال العينة التي شملتها الدراسة الاستقصائية، أن جل المربين منتجون للحوم (64,7 %)، مربي ابل واحد فقط يقوم بجمع و بيع حليب الناقة بسيدي سليمان و بلدة عمر (5,8 %) و 29,41 % من المربين يقومون بتسويق الوبر. بينما سجلنا غياب قطاعي جمع الروث و حيوانات السباق في منطقة تقرت.

على عكس قطاعي الحليب و الوبر التي تتميز بسلاسل قصيرة جدا ، المتكونة من رابطتين فقط، المنتج و المستهلك في قطاع الحليب، و المنتج و البائع في قطاع الوبر، يشمل قطاع اللحوم اكبر قدر من الروابط من المنتج الى المستهلك. الروابط المكونة للقطاع هي : المنتج، المسمن، التاجر، المذبح، الجزار و المستهل

Our study has set inselft the objective of studying the parth of camel products through the various links of the sector and the identification of the main actors active in the field of camel breeding in the region of Touggourt. Based on a series of surveys that touched 17 camel breeders, in the areas of : Touggourt (6 breeders), Megarine (3 breeders), Taibet (4 breeders), Benaceur (1 breeder) and Beldat Amor (3 breeders). The study showed that through the surveyed sample, almost all the breeders are meat-producing (64,7 %), a single camel breeder collects and sells camel milk in Sidi Slimane and Beldet Amor (5,8 %) and 29,41% of camel breeders sell the wool. Manure and animal service sectors aren’t practiced in the region of Touggourt.

Counter to milk and wool sectors which are characterized by too short circuits, made up of only 2 links, in this case the producer and the consumer for milk sector, and the producer and the seller in the case of wool sector, the meat sector encompasses the most links from the produced to the consumer. The constituent links of the sector are : the producer, the fattener, the seller, the slaughterhouse, the butcher and the consumer
