dc.description.abstractDans ce m´emoire de Master, nous analysons un mod`ele de files d’attente avec plusieurs serveurs, Bernoulli feedback, vacances, d´erobade, abandon des clients abandonn´es. Nous obtenons les solutions stationnaires pour le syst`eme consid´er´e en utilisant la fonction g´en´eratrice des probabilit´es (PGFs). Ensuite, nous d´erivons diff´erentes mesures de performances du syst`eme. De plus, nous pr´esentons l’analyse ´economique du mod`ele. En outre, certains r´esultats num´eriques sont pr´esent´es afin de montrer l’impact de diff´erents param`etres du syst`eme sur les mesures de performance du mod`ele pr´esent´e.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn this Master’s thesis, we analyze a queuing model with multiple servers, Bernoulli feedback, vacation and impatient customers, abandonment of abandoned customers. We obtain the stationary solutions for the considered system using the probability generating function (PGFs). Next, We derive various system performance metrics. In addition, we present this economic analysis of the model. In addition, some numerical results are presented in order to show the impact of different system parameters on the performance measures of the presented model.-
