Abstract: The study of the problem of implementing judicial decisions against the Algerian administration is an attempt by us to highlight a very important issue and a serious action related to the implementation of judicial decisions against the administration, the aim of which is to identify legal and procedural means by which the administration can be obliged to do so in the event that it fails to implement the judicial decisions against it and its effectiveness in reducing the problems of non-implementation of judicial decisions in the administrative area, as well as to indicate the extent to which the administration is responsible for the non-implementation of the administrative decisions, as well as to indicate the extent to which the administration is responsible for the non-implementation of the judicial decisions. The government's decision to suspend the execution of the sentence was not a greedy decision
