Abstract

The United States of America is the world's first superpower in the post-Cold War era, since it is the only military force, followed by Russia, but it faces severe economic and technological competition from China, putting us in a complicated, multi-level, international position filled with struggle. Within this complex international environment, the United States seeks to maintain its dominance over the global system by imposing economic sanctions on potential competitors, led by China; therefore we will try to comprehend the American decision maker's viewpoint in drafting the key aims of the American strategy in its dimensions. Through this article, we can discuss the means employed to achieve these goals with all of its security and economic aspects at the global strategic, security, economic, and even cultural levels. To this end, we will use a descriptive-analytical approach and make comparisons. As the article concluded to the global dimension of the American strategy's goals, which can be described as universal, as reflected in the diversity and multiplicity of means that the US used to achieve its strategy's goals.
