تصورات الأحزاب والتيارات الأيديولوجية المغاربية اتجاه قضايا الهوية الثقافية The Perceptions of the Maghrebean Parities and Ideological Currents about the Issues of Cultural Identity

Abstract

سعى هذه الدراسة إلى فهم مواقف وتصورات الأحزاب، والتيارات السياسية في المنطقة المغاربية من مواضيع الهوية الثقافية، إن التعرف على الخلفيات الثقافية والإيديولوجية التي تحرك التيارات السياسية، وتقودها لتبني هذا الاتجاه أو ذلك مهم جدا في سياق فهم الحركية السياسية، وفهم الخلفيات التي تحرك الكثير من الفاعلين السياسيين، ولهذا من المهم الإشارة إلى أن مسائل الهوية الثقافية حاضرة بشدة في المنطقة المغاربية، وبالخصوص الدول التي تناولتها دراستنا هذه (الجزائر، المغرب، تونس)، وهو جزء مهم في بنية التيارات الأيديولوجية في هذه المنطقة. وقد لاحظنا أن هناك قواسم وسمات مشتركة في طبيعة الموقف من مسألة الهوية الثقافية، فالتيارات التي يمكن تلخيصها في ثلاث اتجاهات سياسية كبرى هي: التيار الوطني، التيار الإسلامي، والتيار الأمازيغي تتفق هذه التيارات في تحديد العناصر المكونة للهوية الثقافية في المنطقة، لكنها تختلف في أولوية عنصر على أخر. الكلمات المفتاحية:أحزاب سياسية، أيديولوجيا، هوية، هوية ثقافية، مغاربية. Abstract: Therefore, We have noted that there are common denominators and features in the nature of the situation on the issue of cultural identity, Whereby most currents of the three major political trends, namely the Amazigh current, the national current, and the Islamic current agree in identifying the elements of identity. However, they disagree on the priority of one element over another. This study examines the positions and perceptions of the political parties and currents in the Maghreb from the subjects of cultural identity. Since the identification of the cultural and ideological backgrounds that control and lead the political currents to build this or that trend is so significant in the context of understanding the political movement and the backgrounds that drive many political actors, it is important to note that the issue of cultural identity is strongly present in the public debate in the Maghreb region. Particularly, in the countries that we addressed in our study (Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia) and it is a fundamental part in the structure of the ideological currents in this region.
