المرأة المقاولة ومساهمتها في التنمية الاجتماعية " دراسة حالة لمقاولات من مدينة ورقلة "

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الحالية الى معرفة اسهامات المرأة المقاولة في التنمية الاجتماعية بمدينة ورقلة ولمعرفة هذا تم طرق التساؤل الرئيسي: ما مدى مساهمة المرأة المقاولة في عملية التنمية الاجتماعية؟ حيث تندرج تحته أربع تساؤلات الفرعية. وللإجابة على هذه التساؤلات تم الاعتماد على منهج دراسة حالة مستخدمين كل من أداة الملاحظة واستمارة المقابلة مع 07 مفردات، من مدينة ورقلة تم اختيارهن بطريقة قصدية. وعليه دامت الدراسة الميدانية حوالي شهرين ونصف وتمت بالتوصل الى نتيجة مفادها: تساهم المرأة الجزائرية من خلال دخولها لعالم المقاولاتية في التنمية الاجتماعية وبروزها في هذا المجال.

The current study aims to find out the contributions of women entrepreneurs to social development in The City of ouargla and to find out this has been the main question: how much does women entrepreneurs contribute to the process of social development? Four sub-questions fall under it. To answer these questions, the case study approach was relied upon using both the observation tool and the corresponding form with 07 vocabulary, from a city and a paper that was deliberately selected. field study lasted about two and a half months and reached the conclusion that: Through their entry into the world of entrepreneurship, Algerian women contribute to social development and their prominence in this field.
