الاتصال الداخلي وتأثيره على أداء العاملين داخل المؤسسة دراسة حالة مؤسسة التأمينات الوطنية للضمان الاجتماعي ـ تقرت ـ

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الدور الذي يلعبه الاتصال الداخلي وتأثيره على أداء العمال داخل مؤسسة التأمينات الوطنية للضمان الاجتماعي ، فيما سعت الدراسة للإجابة على تساؤلات الدراسة ، وأجريت الدراسة الميدانية على عمال المؤسسة عن طريق أداة الاستمارة ، وشملت العينة جميع مجتمع البحث لصغر حجمه. تناولت الدراسة إطار منهجي ، يحمل كل ما له من إجابة عن إشكالية الدراسة المطروحة ، كما حملت الدراسة جانب تطبيقي خصص للدراسة الميدانية وهدا تم فيه معالجة البيانات التي تحصلنا عليها ، للتوصل لمجموعة من النتائج من أهمها: أن الاتصال الداخلي يقوم بتحسين صورة المؤسسة والمساهمة في زيادة فاعلية أفراد المؤسسة ، وكذلك يساعد الاتصال الداخلي على تحسين أداء العمال والتنسيق داخل أجزاء المؤسسة ، وتعمل على توظيف العمال دوي كفاءة والمتحصلين على شهادات جامعية لنجاح العملية الاتصالية

The study aims to get to know the role that the roleof internal communication and its impact on the performance of works within the national lnsurance lnstitute for social security the study sought to answer the study questions the study waz conducted on the workers of the estab lishment through the form tool the sample included all the research community due to its smaill size the study dedlt with amethodol ogical framework it holds all of its answers to the problem of the study the proposed study as the study carried an applied aspect devoted, to the field study in which, the data we obtained waz processed to reach are: that the internal communication improves the image of the organization and contributes to in creasing the effectiveness of the personnel of the organization، as wll as helps communication the internal process improves worker performance and coordination within the parts of the organization، and works to recruit highly qualified and certified workers university for the success of the communication process.
