Réalisation d’un prototype pour valorisation des déchets ménages

Abstract

Résumé : L’objectif de ce travail ces a donnée une solution technique, consiste à réaliser un prototype pour valoriser les déchets ménagés par la méthode de bio-séchage, Les matière final sera des matières solides combustibles «Carburant» pouvant être stocké pour une utilisation future pour produire de l'énergie (chaleur, électricité……….etc.). Après l’étape de la réalisation de prototype, nous faisions deux expériences 1. Test a vide pour tester l’isolation thermique dans la chambre du réacteur, l’efficacité des instruments du mesures et de contrôle 2. Test avec déchets pour observer les changements de température et humidité causé par les microorganismes mesophilic

ملخص: الهدف من هذا العمل الذي قدم حلاً تقنيًا ، يتمثل في تنفيذ نموذج أولي لتثمين النفايات المنزلية بطريقة التجفيف الحيوي ، وستكون المادة النهائية عبارة عن مواد صلبة قابلة للاحتراق "وقود" يمكن تخزينها لاستخدامها في المستقبل من أجل إنتاج الطاقة (حرارة ، كهرباء ... إلخ) . بعد مرحلة إنتاج النموذج الأولي ، أجرينا تجربتين 1. اختبار العزل الحراري في غرفة المفاعل وهي فارغة, وإختبار كفاءة أدوات القياس والتحكم. 2. اختبار النفايات لملاحظة التغيرات في درجة الحرارة والرطوبة التي تسببها الكائنات الحية الدقيقة متوسطة الحجم.

Abstract : The objective of this work these gave a technical solution, consists in carrying out a prototype to valorize the household waste by the method of bio-drying, The final material will be solid combustible materials "Fuel" which can be stored for a future use for produce energy (heat, electricity ……… .etc.). After the prototype production stage, we did two experiments 1. Vacuum test to test the thermal insulation in the reactor chamber, the efficiency of measurement and control instruments 2. Waste test to observe changes in temperature and humidity caused by mesophilic microorganisms
