العبء الذهني و علاقته بالكفاءة التدريسية لدى الأستاذات الأمهات - د ا رسة ميدانية بمدينة ورقلة

Abstract

هدفت الد ا رسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن كل طبيعة العلاقة بين العبء الذهني و الكفاءة التد ي رسية لدى الأستاذات الأمهات ، و مدى تأثير عدد الأولاد و الأقدمية في هذه العلاقة لدى عينة من الأستاذات الأمهات في ) إبتدائيات، و متوسطات ، ثانويات( مدينة ورقلة, تكونت عينة الد ا رسة من ) 29 ( أستاذةٍ أمٍ تم اختيارهن بطريقة عشوائية من بين 713 أستاذة ولجمع البيانات تم بناء أداتين هما استبانة العبء الذهني و شبكة ملاحظة الكفاءة التدريسية لغرض الداسة ,و بعد تحليل البيانات إحصائيا و باستعمال SPSS 20.0 و EXCEL 2010 . و كانت أبرز نتائج الد ا رسة ما يلي : -1 مستوى العبء الذهني لدى الأستاذات الأمهات متوسط ،و درجة الكفاءة التدريسية جيدة. -9 لا توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين العبء الذهني و الكفاءة التدريسية . -7 لاتختلف طبيعة العلاقة بين العبء الذهني و الكفاءة التدريسية اختلافا دالا إحصائيا باختلاف عدد الأولاد ) ) أقل من 7/ أكبر أو يساوي 7 -4 لا تختلف طبيعة العلاقة بينالعبءالذهني و الكفاءة التدريسية اختلافا دالا إحصائيا باختلاف الأقدمية) ) أقل من 17 سنة / أكبر أو يساوي 17

The current study aims to reveal all the nature of the relationship between the mental burden and the degrading efficiency of mothers' professors, and the extent to which the number of boys and seniority affects this relationship in a sample of mothers' professors in (Elementary, Median, Secondary) City and Wirgel, the sample of the study consisted of (92) Female professors selected in a random manner from 317 female professors and data collection two tools were built: mental burden identification and pedagogical competency observation network for the purpose of trampling, and after statistically analyzing the data using spss20.0 and EXCEL 2010. The main findings of the study were: 1) Mothers' level of mental burden is average, and the level of teaching competence is high. 2) There is no statistically significant correlation between mental burden and teaching efficiency. 3) The nature of the relationship between mental burden and teaching efficiency is not statistically different depending on the number of children (less than 3/greater or equal to 3) 4) The nature of the relationship between mental burden and teaching efficiency is not statistically different depending on seniority (less than 13 years/older or equal to 13)
